Non-Executive Director
June has been an MD at UBS Investment Bank and Head of Strategy for HSBC Global Banking and Markets. She brings current and extensive knowledge of markets (particularly global macro, EM and Asian), institutional and intermediary investor marketing, the investment process including ESG integration, and an understanding of risks, regulatory and governance frameworks required to support a successful and regulatorily compliant business.
Rosalyn Breedy
Non-Executive Director
Rosalyn is a Corporate, Funds and Financial Services lawyer and Managing Director of Breedy Henderson Limited. She has 30 years of experience working in private practice, investment banking and at a multi-family office. Rosalyn has a particular interest in financial regulation, and financial policy work alongside ESG (environmental, social and governance), diversity and inclusion and she regularly writes and speaks on these matters. Rosalyn specialises in advising an international client base of family offices, trustees, private capital investors, private wealth managers and entrepreneurs.

Held various roles in executive management in financial services within Credit Suisse and Zurich Financial Services. COO of the London office of the first bank in the world to offer crypto products to clients - Falcon Private Bank. Prior experience in successfully setting up a regulated UK bank within Credit Suisse.
Glenn Palmer
Client Operations Director
Glenn has spent over 20 years in the wealth management and trading sector servicing the requirements of high net worth clients. His career spans periods at institutions such as Barclays Wealth, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Lehman Brothers, Oppenheimer and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Glenn is FCA CF30 registered, CISI PCIAM Level 6 qualified and is also FINRA registered in the United States.
Robert Andersen
Senior Relationship Manager - BDM
Robert brings over 25 years of capital markets experience in trading and sales of financial instruments across asset classes having worked for leading investment banks and brokerages globally. Robert's clients benefit from his expertise in financial analysis and market risk management coupled to his mediation and negotiation skills. He holds a BSc in Philosophy and Mathematics.
Suzanne Molloy
Marketing & Community Manager
Suzanne brings over 16 years of marketing management, digital marketing, loyalty and partnerships experience across a variety of sectors including financial and education both client-side and agency. Suzanne has experience of designing strategies to generate leads in multi-million pound companies such as GL Assessment, Global University Systems and the Collinson Group. She has a long track record of delivering SMART goals, executing integrated digital marketing campaigns as well as broadcast media and print campaigns to drive high response rates.
Mark Pickering
Chief Technical Officer
Mark has worked in the IT Industry for over 25 years, starting his career at Unisys and moving up through the ranks to Technical Architect before starting his own specialist Financial Services Consultancy company. A natural tech entrepreneur with a head for business.
Yang Yu
Financial Controller
Yang is a technically strong and commercial minded professional accountant with great experience in accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, financial control, auditing and taxation. He is member of both ACCA and ICAEW, he is also a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Most recently, he was associate director in Finance and Accounting of the London branch of a Swiss private bank.
Bruce Goodwin
Senior Relationship Manager
Bruce began his City career at another famous merchant bank, SG Warburg & Co, in 1982 at the height of Paul Volcker’s fight to bring inflation down, so his career has truly spanned the full cycle. As a bond trader for many years specialising in Emerging Markets and later as an Investment Manager, he has a strong all-round knowledge of markets and asset classes.
Linda Darnton
Relationship Manager Analyst
Linda is a highly experienced Financial Services Administrator. Having worked in various roles within the wealth management and banking sectors for over twelve years, including with the first bank in the world to offer crypto products to clients, she has a passion for client satisfaction and a strong focus on relationship building and regulatory requirements. She holds a Level 4 IAD qualification.
Iain Watson
Chief of Staff
An Experienced COO, CAO, Head of Operations and Enterprise Program Manager. Iain has held executive and management positions leading strategic activities and coordinating critical issues in financial institutions based around the world including NCB Capital, Lehman Brothers, CIBC and Goldman Sachs. Iain is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
James Tewes
Chief Information Security Officer
James is experienced in the technology space having a 24-year history working specifically within infrastructure architecture and security. James has worked as a consultant for banks of various sizes with specific focus on banks which often require rearchitecting to transform their legacy infrastructure into highly resilient, modern, efficient and secure environment ensuring they meet current standards whilst using the latest technologies.
Steve Martin
Relationship Manager
Steve brings to the team a thorough understanding of retail banking garnered through 20 years working at Barclays Bank in the City of London. Having undertaken several leadership roles for Barclays Steve moved into relationship banking where he found a natural ability to deliver outstanding service on a human level. Steve holds a Certificate in Retail and Commercial Banking and is CeMAP qualified.
